RETURNS
We hope you like our product. A return is always possible if made within 14 days from the date of
delivery, using the return form contained in the package and following the simple instructions it
contains. The return must be made using the same courier that delivered the product to you.
Products delivered free of charge have free return shipping costs. For all other products, the return
amount will be the same as the delivery cost and will be charged using the same payment method
used for the purchase. We will not accept the return of products that have been clearly personalised
and we ask you to ensure that the goods to be returned are well packed in their original packaging.
Reimbursement of the costs incurred will be made via the same method used for payment within a
maximum of 5 working days after receipt of the product at our address.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment for the products you purchase can be made through the Stripe circuit using most debit or
credit cards. We use these platforms so that your personal information is always protected by SSSL-
certified encrypted protocol that guarantees the security of online transactions. Your information
will only be used to complete the procedures of your purchase or to issue any refunds in case of
returns. At the time of order transmission no charge will be made to the credit card you use for
payment. The charge will only be made once your card details have been verified and authorised by
the card issuer.
